3License Seller

YAPlayer licenses are sold by Polar Software, Inc., a US company acting as reseller and Merchant of Record. Polar collects payments, charges the applicable VAT and issues invoices on its own account. Questions about an invoice, a payment or a refund can be sent to contact@ya-player.com, and we will liaise with Polar where necessary.

4Responsibility for Content

YAPlayer is a multimedia playlist player and manager. The application provides, hosts and distributes no audiovisual content: it ships empty of any content. Content accessible through the playlists a user imports is the sole responsibility of their respective providers. The user alone is responsible for the sources they add and for their compliance with the law applicable in their country.
